John Price serves as the Lead Pastor of Mountain Gap Church in The Rock, Georgia. With over 29 years of experience in pastoral leadership, he is committed to loving the lost, guiding those in need, and nurturing the next generation for Christ! 

Pastor John's passion for the Lord shines through his marriage, ministry, and dedication to teaching God's Word. He prioritizes biblical truth and aims to lead with compassion, empathy, and love. 

Married for 33 years to his wife Selina, Pastor John has raised three wonderful daughters and is now a proud grandfather of four grandchildren.

Lane Tuten | Youth Pastor

Lane started his ministry in 2022, where he served as the Family Life Pastor at Royston First UMC in Royston, GA. Lane then married Judy Tuten in July of 2023.
Before coming to Mountain Gap Church, Lane attended Emmanuel University, where he served in many campus leadership roles. He is a 2023 graduate of the School of Christian Ministries.

Toye Garner | Administrative Assistant

Toye Garner is the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor at Mountain Gap Church, having faithfully served for over 20 years. Toye has lived in Pike County since 1973 and is dedicated to helping and loving the community selflessly. Her attention to detail and servant's heart is admirable.

Heidi Marais has a heart to see the lost come to know the amazing grace, forgiveness, and love that Jesus offers to all through His sacrifice, even through digital media. Through a series of ups and downs, she has found an avenue that allows her to share and communicate the Good News through digital media.

Heidi is a graduate of the School of Christian Ministries at Emmanuel University in 2013. She is a mom to three amazing kids.

"We live in a digital age that has made it easy to access and share the gospel of Jesus. The Lord has given me a unique opportunity to use what I have been given to bring the Good News to the world through digital media. We are here to see the lost save, train the next generations, and build the Kingdom of God."
